1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Oriole Collection web site located at www.oriolecollection.com, and all associated sites linked to www.oriolecollection.com by Oriole Independent Artists (the “Site”). The Site is the property of Oriole Independent Artists I/S. (“OIA”).
BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
2. OIA reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. Please, review these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continuous use of the Site after changes are posted, means that you accept and agree to the changes.

The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and OIA makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such products and services.

OIA's content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to OIA, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Breach of These Terms of Use
15. OIA may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) OIA's rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors or users of the Site, including OIA's customers. OIA reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that OIA deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

You agree that OIA may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to OIA.

You agree that OIA may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems.
18. If OIA does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, OIA will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to OIA.
General
19. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on the Site then the latter shall prevail.
20. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark .
Feedback and Information
21. OIA welcomes feedback, both positive and negative, about our services but please make sure your comments
- are not likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others;
- are not racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable or of obscene nature;
- do not contain swear words or other language likely to offend;
- do not break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity, including breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court;
- do not advertise products or services for profit or gain;
- do not include contact details such as phone numbers, postal addresses;
- cannot be considered to be ‘spam', that is posts containing the same, or similar, message posted multiple times.
22. Repeatedly posting personal or offensive comments about individual members of the public or people who work for the OIA may be considered harassment.
23. We reserve the right to remove such messages and take action against those responsible.
24. Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. OIA shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
